Virtual Branch - Internet Banking & Personal Finance Tools

Manage all of your credit union accounts and loans securely online with this FREE service.

Virtual Branch is also your portal to online Bill Pay, Mobile Money, Account Alerts and e-Statements, all FREE services from your credit union -- which means you'll only need to remember one logon ID and password!

• Great Services! Easily check balances, view account histories, transfer funds, make CPFCU loan payments, make advances on lines of credit, or print cleared check copies, and much more!

• Apply for a loan online anytime. It's easy! Simply sign in and click on the link to "Apply for a Loan".

• Cross-link accounts (spouse, child, grandchild, business, etc.) for easy balancing and transfers.*

Enroll for Virtual Branch online! You will need your Member Number and either your Express Line PIN or the last four digits of your Social Security Number. If you don't know these numbers, contact a Member Service Representative for assistance.

Online Bill Pay

With Bill Pay you can pay all of your bills and manage your accounts securely online.

• Save time – Enter your account information once – then schedule payments to be made automatically, or log on and make payments one month at a time. You decide!

• Save money – Save the ever-increasing cost of postage and avoid late fees and penalties that add up quickly.

• Save the hassle – no finding the bills, writing checks, running out of envelopes, or trying to get to the Post Office on time.

• Security – SSL Protocol and 128-bit encryption, automatic time-outs and Enhanced Authentication process provide outstanding security online.

• Easy Access – Access your Coosa Pines accounts at any time, wherever you have a secure internet connection.

Merchants are paid either electronically or by a check dispersed through our Central Processor, at merchant’s preference, on the date you select. Funds are debited directly from your Coosa Pines FCU Share Draft (checking) account.*

Mobile Money

Get the great Coosa Pines services you love "to go" with the free

Mobile Money mobile banking feature available through Virtual Branch online banking.

Use your mobile phone to check account balances, view transaction details, transfer funds between accounts, or make CPFCU loan payments and advances.

Mobile phone banking is safe and secure, and keeps you in control of your finances by giving you access to your financial information wherever you are, whenever you want.

Set up Account Alerts, and Mobile Money will send you a text message to notify you:

• when your direct deposit is in your account,

• when your balance falls below $100,

• when a specific check number clears,

• or whenever you choose!

To access Mobile Money, log on to Virtual Branch online banking, then click on the Self Service tab. Click on the Mobile Money link under Additional Services, accept the Terms and Conditions, then follow the instructions to register and activate your mobile phone and choose your settings.

Lighten the load with e-Statements.

• Easy – no storing or filing paper statements – just save the statements to your computer and print when needed (statements are archived for up to six months)

• Worry free – if you decide that you don’t like e-Statements, you can always change your mind and go back to mailed paper statements

e-Notices

Sign up to receive electronic notices in Virtual Branch.

e-Notices reduces cost and waste by eliminating the need for mailed paper notices. e-Notices would include electronic notices regarding:

Certificate,
Lending,
Member,
Insufficient Funds (NSF) or Overdrafts.

To sign up for free e-Notices, log into Virtual Branch online banking and click on the Self Service tab. In the Additional Services bubble, click on e-Notices. Using the checkboxes, choose which e-Notices you would like to receive, or choose "All Notices".

Members will receive an email when e-Notices are available. To view e-Notices, log into Virtual Branch and click on the Self Service tab to use the View e-Notices bubble.

To discontinue e-Notices, please contact the credit union.
