Coosa Pines FCU offers an array of free electronic services to help members manage personal or business finances with ease.
► As a Coosa Pines member, you can review your account history as well as make transfers and payments using our free Virtual Branch online banking service. Enroll for Virtual Branch online.
► The free Mobile Money service allows you to use your mobile phone to securely view account balances and transaction details or make loan payments and transfers between credit union accounts. To sign up for Mobile Money, log into Virtual Branch and select the Self Service tab, then the Mobile Money link in the Additional Services box.
► You may also use our Account Alerts to receive a text message and/or email when your balance falls below a specified amount, a check has cleared, a deposit has been credited, or whenever you choose. Customize your alert settings in Virtual Branch under the Self Service tab and the Alerts box.
► You also have the option of using our free Express Line telephone banking service to verify account balances and transactions, make transfers and loan payments, order checks, request stop payments and more. Call a Member Service Representative to add this free service and set your personal identification number (PIN).
► If you're looking for ways to cut costs and operate your personal or business finances more efficiently, then you may also like our free e-Statements and online Bill Pay service. Bill Pay allows you to pay your bills securely online through Virtual Branch, with the payments deducted right from your credit union account. You'll save time by entering your account information once, then set up recurring payments or log in and pay month-to-month. Save on postage, avoid late fees and penalties, and pay on your schedule, because Bill Pay is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week!
